INDIA
This morning (March 5th) we received the shocking news that our brother Paul Wu went to be with the Lord. We are grievous that we lost such a wonderful pattern in the Lord’s recovery.
We are very much grateful for the help that the churches in India have received from brother Wu over the years. Since 1997, brother Wu had been very much involved in taking care of the propagation work and the churches in India. Thank the Lord that we had more opportunities to have direct fellowship with our brother in the past few years due to the need of the service in the work. Through our fellowship with him, he helped us not only in establishing the direction of the Lord’s work here in view of the blueprint of God’s building, but also more importantly, he had also shown us how a servant of the Lord should be. Brother Wu exhort us to pay much attention to our person more than the outward result of the work.
We can testify that we often received the guidance as well as the shepherding from him after the fellowship. In many of the important and crucial moments, it was through our brother’s intimate fellowship with us that we were able to move forward. It was also through our brother, the churches in India were able to be brought into the fellowship and the blending of the Body of Christ, especially with the churches in Taiwan. The help which our brother rendered to us over the years has been immense for the Lord’s move in India. We will truly miss the fellowship and the supply we have received from this member of the Body of Christ. The work and the churches in India owe to the help of our brother Paul Wu.
May such a living pattern of our brother encourage us who are still living on the earth, to be one with the sacrificing Christ to produce wine like our brother to cheer God and man!
May the Lord continue to strengthen the churches in Taiwan and may the Lord also comfort all the families of our brother.
